The Adventures of Moody Judy
Meet Moody Judy, a cow who wakes up on the wrong side of the stall.
The sun is too bright, her collar feels too tight, and everything seems to be bothering her. As friends stop by to say hello, Judy snaps and stomps her way through the barn, convinced she’s having a no good, very bad day.
With a little help from Farmer Ann, Judy learns that it’s okay to feel grumpy—and even better, that she has the power to change her mood. By naming what’s bothering her and remembering the joyful things around her, Judy discovers that a bad day doesn’t have to last forever.
The Adventures of Moody Judy is a playful, rhyming story that helps children understand big feelings, practice gratitude, and learn that kindness—to others and ourselves—can turn any day around.
