    Merchandise may be returned within 30 days the item(s) is received by the customer if it is unworn and unwashed and still has the tags on. Please e-mail us at: anna@couleeboutique.com with any questions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

    Allow 5-7 business days for your return to reach us and be processed. If your returned merchandise meets our returns inspection, your refund will be initiated for the price of the returned item(s) at purchase time. You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated.

    //There are no returns on merchandise from the sale section of the website or store.

    Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If for some reason you receive defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty merchandise to anna@couleeboutique.com

    //Make sure to follow care instructions carefully for each item. If an item changes shape or size due to mishandling, we will not accept the item as a return.

    //Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box intact and unaltered - the shoe box cannot be used as a package. If shipping labels are affixed to the shoe box, we will be unable to process your return and will keep the item.


    EXCHANGES

    Due to quick turnaround of inventory, we do not guarantee merchandise exchanges for size discrepancies. If we still carry the size you're interested in, you may place a new order. In the meantime, initiate your return following the steps listed above. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
