All orders are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise stated in the product description). You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to start working.

All customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. RETURNS
Shipped Orders: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days the item(s) is received by the customer if it is unworn and unwashed and still has the tags on. Please e-mail us at: anna@couleeboutique.com with any questions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Local Pick-Ups: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as items are unworn and unwashed with tags still on. While our physical address is 19865 East Gale Avenue, we are unable receive mail at this location.

If your returned merchandise meets our returns inspection, your refund will be initiated for the price of the returned item(s) at purchase time. You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated.
