Flowart - Pumpkins & Pastures
Lifelines FlowArt Pads are guided art meditations designed to help you achieve a calming flow state. Each scene is thoughtfully crafted to encourage repetitive, relaxing movements, promoting mindfulness and reducing stress. Dot-by-Letter includes 20 meditative scenes and four double-sided markers in a detachable storage tray. Engage in a meditative dotting activity using a guided letter key to fill the page with vibrant dots, creating beautiful scenes. Simply match the colors to the letters, and let the rhythmic motion of dotting bring you a sense of calm. Compact and portable, this pad is perfect for calming your mind on-the-go, unwinding before bed, or taking a work or study break to de-stress.
