Soup Mix
No msg, no artificial flavors or colors, no added sodium, gluten-free. A full 1/2 gallon of “homemade” soup in less than 30 minutes on your stovetop. Serves 4 with ease. Bountiful bowls are as easy as 1, 2, 3 to prepare:
Taco Soup- From your pantry: 32 oz. Chicken stock, 14 oz Can tomato sauce, 14 oz can petite diced tomato. Salt & pepper to taste.
Cooking directions: 1. Bring chicken stock, tomato sauce, petite diced tomato, and soup mix to a boil. 2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking. 3. Remove from heat and serve with optional add in’s: sour cream, shredded cheese, diced avacado. For a hearty meal add 1# of browned and drained ground meat. Ingredients: Pasta, black beans, red beans, sweet corn, onion, green and red bell peppers, green chili peppers, chili powder, cumin, garlic, cilantro, parsley.
Broccoli Cheddar- From your pantry: 32 oz. Chicken stock, 1 ½ cups of water, 1 ½ cups half & half or milk, 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese. Salt & pepper to taste.
Cooking directions: 1. Bring chicken stock, water, and soup mix to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking. 2. Add half & half or milk, bring back to a simmer (do not boil), reduce heat, and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese, stir, allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving. Ingredients: freeze-dried broccoli, orzo, onion, green & red bell pepper, carrot, celery, spinach, garlic, black pepper. Contains: wheat
Chicken Noodle- From your pantry: 32 oz. Chicken Stock, 2 Cups Water. Salt & Pepper to taste. Cooked and diced chicken or 1 can of chicken (not drained)
Cooking directions: 1. Bring chicken stock, water, and soup mix to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking. 2. Add salt to taste, chicken and warm. 3. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve. Ingredients: Pasta [(Durum Wheat Semolina, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Dehydrated Spinach, Dehydrated Tomato.)], onion, carrot, celery, spices, corn starch, garlic, black pepper.
